Manage booking requests

Clients can request appointments and they show up as booking requests on the admin portal. From here you can review, edit, assign the request to staff or reject the request. 


To view the requests go the Requests page. On the top bar click on the calendar. 





Clients can request appointments and they show up as booking requests on the admin portal. From here you can review, edit, assign the request to staff or reject the request.


If you click on the Table icon on the Request page it will expand on to full page. You can scroll to right to take action on the specific request.


The credit card icon is red in case there is no credit card on file. Type shows if this is a new request or change to existing request. 




Access customer summary

Just click on the name of the customer to access the customer summary before accepting a booking request.


The warning sign next to Package and Vaccination (If a pet business) is shown in case they are going to expire soon and need you to take action.
