Client User Policy

You can create policies that require digital client acknowledgment before they can start to create booking requests. You can create multiple documents that the clients need to acknowledge. Clients can fill in their profile information without acknowledging the documents but they 'll be restricted from creating an appointment request. 


To add and manage policy documents go to Client Policy under Settings

How to navigate: Settings > Personalization (Client Policy)


Turning on Client Policy


To turn on the signature requirements you will have to turn on this feature from Business Settings

How to navigate: Settings > Business Information > Business Name > Notification > Enable Client Policy 




Add New Document


How to navigate: Settings > Personalization (Client Policy) 

Click on the '+ Add Policy' button on the top right of the document list table to create a new document. This will bring up the document editor. 




 In the document, the editor specifies the document name and edit the content. Once you are done with the editing click on the Save button to save the document.

 

Update Document

 

  • In the document list, click on the three vertical ellipses to show the menu options.
  • From the menu select to view the past versions of the document. 
  • Here select the document version that you want to edit
  • On Save, you will be prompted if you want the customers to resign the document or not. If you choose yes then the existing customers will be required to resign it before they can create an appointment request.

Note: Once you edit, a new version is created. You cannot change an existing version.



View Signatures

  • In the document list, click on the three vertical ellipses to show the menu options.
  • From the menu select to View Signatures 
  • Here you can either export the signature list or filter the list for a particular customer by searching for them.


View Pending Signature List

  • In the document list, click on the three vertical ellipses to show the menu options.
  • From the menu select to View Pending Signatures 
  • Here you can either export the signature list or filter the list for a particular customer by searching for them.

 

Note: Please check your local laws for the applicability and validity of digital signatures.
