Cancelling an Appointment

You can cancel any future appointment if it is in Assigned status.


How to Navigate: Appointments


In the Calendar/List view hover over any appointment that is in assigned status (purple in color). On the new dialog box click on Delete to cancel the appointment. If the cancellation day/time is less than the business cancellation policy timeframe. You will see the cancelling notice from the business. Business may charge late cancellation fee.
