You can find all the canceled appointments in one place for you to take action
How to Navigate: Reports > Cancelled Appointment Report
All the appointments canceled by your client or you will be displayed under the canceled appointment list. By default, we show you the last 3 days canceled appointment but you can go ahead and filter it out with start & end date.
You can take the following actions for the canceled appointments by clicking on the icon under the Action column:
1. Reset Appointment - You can reset a canceled appointment by changing the appointment details
2. Charge for Service - You can charge your client for a canceled appointment if it's not paid. You'll have an option to charge them the full or partial amount. You can also record staff payment on the same screen.
3. Add Credit - You can issue credits to your client who has canceled invoiced appointment i.e; pre-paid appointment. These credits will be added to 'Customer Credits' under invoices and will be automatically applied to next customer invoice.
4. Package/Subscription Appointment - You can unlink package/subscription appointment from the edit appointment screen, this will renew the balance by 1 for the client.
