Cancel an Appointment for Customer

You can cancel an appointment for a customer and take additional actions for the same, you can either charge clients for late cancelation or reset the appointment if it was done by mistake.


To cancel an appointment navigate to the appointment option from the left navigation, select the appointment you would like to cancel. You can also filter the appointment by customer name or service to find them easily. Hover your mouse over to the assigned appointment in the calendar which you want to cancel. You'll see a card with the appointment details along with the call-to-action button. 




Click on the 'Delete' button, if this appointment is part of recurring appointment series then you will be asked if you want to delete just the single instance or the whole series.  Once you select only this appointment then you will be asked if you want to inform the staff or not. Once answered the appointment will be removed. If you have selected the filter to show cancelled appointment then it will show with cancelled status.
