Email Templates

You can customize the email template to suit your business needs. Default email template will be used if no new template is created for the specific email. 


How to Navigate: Settings > Personalization (Emails)


You can customize the following emails:-

  • Welcome Email to staff/customer
  • Appointment Accept Email
  • Appointment Reject Email
  • Appointment Start Email
  • Appointment Complete Email
  • Appointment confirmation/ Accept email to staff
  • Invoice Create Email
  • Invoice Reminder Email

To create a new template for an email, click on '+Add New Template'. Then select the email you want to create a new template for. Add the subject for the email and then compose your email. You can use the @ symbol to select from the available variables - customer name, staff name, service name, date and time of the appointment. Then click Save at the bottom. You can always go to Email template list and click on email template name to make changes.
