Deactivate a customer

You can deactivate a customer by clicking on Customers on the left navigation bar. Then select the customer's name from the list. Click on Settings tab and then scroll down to Account Settings. 


Here you can click on Deactivate Profile button. This way the customer will be deactivated and they won't be able to login into their account on web portal or mobile.
