If you are planning a holiday/vacation for yourself or busy with some personal work and don't want your customers to request an appointment with your business. Then you can block your customers from requesting an appointment with your business for specific dates.
How to Navigate: Settings -> Business Calendar
Click on the 'Add New Event' button on the right-hand side. Add 'Type' as Business Closed and select the date range for the same.
If you are off only for half of the day, you can set the time between which you don't want your customers to request an appointment with your business. Just uncheck the "All Day Off" and enter the time you'll not be available.
When your customers will try to request an appointment for the Business Closed date or time they'll see the message -
