Manually Recording Payments

You can manually record payments for any Invoice. First step is to select the Invoice for which you want to record the payment.

From the left-hand navigation menu select the Invoices and enter the search criteria.

Once you have found the invoice you are looking for then click on the 3 ellipses icon ( ) to open menu and select record the payment.

Enter the details to record the payment.

Click on Add Payment to record the payment for the Invoice.
