DoTimely Hub is designed to handle all your team communication in one tool. Today's business use multiple tools for managing their day to day activities. With one tool you can increase your and your team's efficiency and productivity.

Here are the steps you need to follow for effective communication:-

  • Add your team members - Please note if you are existing DoTimely customer then your team members will already be added for you.  To add a team member click on the person icon in the menu.

 Then on the next page click on the + icon to add a team member.  You can enter First name, Last name and email address of the team member and click Save. You can also upload the photo of the person. Once the member is added, an email will be sent with user id/password for them to login. They will have to download the app from the store.

Ones the team members are added then there are 2 ways to communicate with them. A free form of communication using Chat or specific templates.

  • Chat - When you click on the Chat icon, you will be taken to your Chat page.

By default, you will see a group created for your business with all team members.  Here you can create a new group with specific team members or start an individual chat.

  • Templates - You can click on + icon in My Post tab to create a new message using the templates.  You can choose the template and add team members to it.  Here you can also use the filter to show team members with specific tags. Select the team members you want to send the message too. The message you created will show up in My Post.  For your team members, it will show in To-Do tab.  They can click on the message to see the details and mark it complete accordingly. You can review your messages in My Post and see who has completed it or not.  Once the message is closed it will show up in Closed Tab.

  • Create and assign tags -  You can create your own tags that could be a skill, role or any attribute to distinguish your team to send messages to relevant members.  You can click on the menu and then click on Tags.

 

 

On the next screen, you can click on + icon to add a new Tag. Once the Tag is added you can click on the Tag from the Tags List and then click on the Update to assign tags to different team members.
