You can provide a discount to your customers based on the number of appointments they book in a week for a particular service. To use the frequency-based discount, edit an existing service
When you click to edit a service, you can find a tab with 'Frequency Based Discount' click on it to add the criteria i.e; the number of appointments in a week and discounted price for the same.
Example: If customer A book 3 appointments with you in a week and customer B books 6 appointments, you can provide more discount to customer B compared to customer A based on the appointment frequency
You can find an option 'Add Tier' on the top right corner which means you can define different discount prices based on the number of appointments your customers book with you in a week.
Example: Let's say your standard service price is $20. As per the below image, if a customer books a total of 3 appointments with you in a week, the service price per appointment will be $18, and if they book 6 appointments in a week, the service price will be $16 for each service.
Here are a few things to keep in mind regarding the frequency-based discount:
- If you have applied custom price for a customer, it'll choose the lowest price comparing between frequency discount and custom price and an invoice will be generated based on that
- Frequency-based discount doesn't affect your staff pay, paystub will be created based on the standard service price.
- If you have a customer discount or discount template applied for a customer then the discount(s) will be added on top of the frequency discount price while generating the invoice.
