Discount Template

You can set up a discount template to automatically apply discounts to invoices that meet your selected criteria.

Navigate: Invoices > Discount Template

Criteria

You can choose to offer a discount based on the total of an Invoice. For instance, you want to offer a discount when the Invoice is greater than $500

or you can make it based on the count of services delivered. For instance, if you invoice monthly and give a discount to customers who schedule more than 20 appointments.

Discount Amount

You can select the discount amount to be either a flat amount like $20 or a percentage based on the invoice.

Automatically Applying the Discount

Select the checkbox to run this template automatically whenever an invoice is created.
