Manage booking requests

Clients can request appointments and they show up as booking requests on the admin portal. From here you can review, edit, assign the request to staff or reject the request.

To view the requests go the Requests page. Select Requests from the left- hand navigation menu.

Each row represents a request from the client. Also below the booking requests you can pull up the calendar for a staff member to see what their schedule looks like before assigning an appointment.

Access customer summary

Just click on the name of the customer to access the customer summary before accepting a booking request.
